“He reminds West Ham fans just how good he is almost every time he plays them, taking his tally to six goals in six games against the club.
“Of course Bournemouth will fight to keep him, but any offer in excess of £40million would be hard to refuse.”

Arsenal have contacted Real Madrid to enquire about signing James Rodriguez.
The Independent claim the Gunners are keen to land the Real Madrid star on loan.
However, they add that Real would prefer to sell the Bayern Munich loanee to Tottenham because they believe they could get Christian Eriksen in exchange.
Arsenal are looking to sign Rodriguez on loan with the view of a permanent deal in the summer.
