Premier League top scorers: Sergio Aguero catching Harry Kane in Golden Boot race

Manchester City star Sergio Aguero’s strong form has fired him into contention for the Premier League top scorer accolade – with Harry Kane next in his sights.

The Argentine superstar was linked with a move away earlier in the season but looks fit, settled and raring to go as Pep Guardiola’s men continue to dominate the Premier League.

On the other hand, Kane’s goal-scoring form has been patchy throughout 2017/18, though he still leads the way with 21 top flight goals.

Mohamed Salah and Raheem Sterling are enjoying terrific seasons, though Romelu Lukaku and Alvaro Morata have fallen off the pace.
