WATCH – terrifying moment cyclist gets chased by THIS frightening creature

A bike rider got the thrill of his life after he was chased through the forest by a wild bear.

A high-speed cycle ride can be thrilling enough for some, without the added risk of dangerous animals added in.

The terrifying event was caught on his companion’s helmet camera as they cycled through Malino Brdo, a bike park in Slovakia.

Thankfully neither were hurt but it still makes a scary watch.

The speed at which the cyclists were going meant that they were fast enough to outrun the wild animal.

After pursuing for a few moments, the bear gives up and slopes off.

Dusan Vinzik the man filming, screams out to warn his friend, who then takes a moment afterwards to stop and join his companion, most likely in shock over the incident.

It’s unknown why the bear decided to take chase, be it out of curiosity or hunger.

Some users questioned why he stopped at the end of the video and didn’t keep on riding to try and escape the area.

However, experts then went on to explain that the track wound back to the start, with a user stating, “the track has 180 degree right turn so they would “meet” a bear again”.

Any wild areas and forests, of course, are expected to have a few dangers lurking about, although most not as dangerous as this one.

One man saw the funny side, commenting with a witty pun, “they ‘bearly’ made it”.
