The idea of the mile high club may be tempting for frequent fliers.
However, it is something that may be best kept to the films rather than real life.
Yet one couple decided to try it out for themselves when recently flying with Virgin Atlantic.
Unfortunately for them, their antics were caught on camera.
David Eve, who took the video, was a fellow passenger on the flight that was heading to Miami from London Heathrow.
The video shows the couple sneaking out of the bathroom together, with the man looking particularly pleased with himself.
Whilst the couple’s identities have been unconfirmed, it has been stated they’re American.
The video has since gone viral, with millions of views across the internet.
Virgin Atlantic confirmed it was their plane, and even shared it on their Facebook page.
They wrote: “We’re pretty sure that’s our plane! The mood lighting certainly put a smile on their faces. #smilehighclub.”
According to Business Insider, the airline is one of the few that allows passengers to join the Mile High club.
They state that Richard Branson confirmed flight attendants are not to “bang on lavatory doors when a couple slips in there.”
