WATCH: Man narrowly avoids being hit by THIS terrifying falling object

A viral video shows a man narrowly miss a terrifying moment that could have caused him serious harm.

The video shows a group of people walking on a pavement, captured by a CCTV camera.

Viewers may assume that something is going to happen in the car park.

What happens next is much more sinister.

As one guy walks across the clear path, he looks above him.

Suddenly, he looks scared and sprints forwards past the other passersbys.

By sheer inches, he avoids a huge slab of falling concrete that slams onto the ground.

It then shatters and smashes on the ground, and luckily no one was hurt.

The Imgur video has since had over 700,000 views, with users equally as shocked.

One remarked: “When I see things like this I wonder how many times I’d been seconds away from death and never even knew it.”

Others noticed some hilarious reactions from different people in the video.

Another noticed: “I like how that one dude just turned around and walked the other way.”

It isn’t the only terrifying video showing a man’s close shave.

Another video shows a young boy in Russia dashing across a road behind a buss.

He then slips over on the icy pavement, falling to his knees.

What he doesn’t realise is that it saves his life.
