The video shows two cars driving towards two train barriers in the snow.
They both approach it as the roadblocks drop, and the train barrier rises.
Even though the road is clear, the cars both wait, which ends up saving their lives.
Moments later, a high-speed train whizzes past, despite the barriers being up.
Thankfully both cars are stationary, having avoided the car.
The train barriers both then lower again, despite them being somewhat useless.
It seems they knew that this was likely to happen as neither driver made an attempt to cross.
The Imgur video, which has had over 410,000 views, baffled users.
One wrote: “Those barricades are kind of a good idea though. I mean, if they worked correctly.”
Another noticed the lights in the equation.
They remarked: “That’s why you don’t cross when the lights are still blinking.”
Another driver had a close shave when it came to avoiding a speeding train.
The train barriers failed to drop, so the car assumed that it was safe to go.
As they went to cross, a train zoomed across, so they slammed on their brakes.
Thankfully they avoided a collision.
