In 2015, Tyson Fury beat Wladimir Klitschko to claim the WBA, IBF and WBO world heavyweight titles but subsequently vacated them after admitting to using cocaine to cope with depression.
However, Fury is now heading to Spain to return to training and has hinted that he could fight as soon on July 8 when his cousin Billy Joe Saunders defends his WBO middleweight title in London against Avtandil Khurtsidze.
“I can confirm that I will be accompanying the one and only Billy Joe Saunders when he fights ‘Danny De Vito’ [Saunders’ nickname for the Georgian fighter]. I’m coming back,” Fury said on Instagram.
“Going over to Marbella [to train].
“We are going to Marbella and I’m coming back to take on all bums.
“Bum of the month campaign, what you say Frank?
“So many bums out there that need cleaning up and wiping out.”
A number of leading heavyweights including Anthony Joshua, who will face Klitschko in a unification clash on Saturday, have admitted they would get in the ring with Fury.
Injured boxer David Haye also wants a showdown with the self-title “Gypsy King” but Fury has his eyes set on world champions.
“The Gypsy King is back en route to glory for a second time,” Fury added.
“I’m going to regain the heavyweight crown and become a two-time heavyweight champion of the world.
“Then I’m going to vacate it and win it back to become a three-time champion.
“Then I’ll probably vacate again and win it back again.
“That’s how good I am.”
