Those are the thoughts of former golfer-turned-broadcaster Billy Kratzert.
Woods, who underwent back surgery in April, is expected to make his return to the PGA Tour at the Hero World Challenge at the end of this month.
The former world number one, whose last Major victory came at Torrey Pines in the US Open in 2008, has been hitting iron shots and working on his swing ahead of his comeback.
And Kratzer feels confident fans will see a more robust Woods when he returns.
“He told me his back is all healed and he’s feeling much better,” Kraztert told the Golf Channel.
“He did not have release from doctor at that point, but the fact he was able to tell me his back is better and he feels good and can sleep through the night.
“He told me when he comes back and now he is back, he will come back as a Tiger Woods who is the complete Tiger Woods.
“He has a healthy back at last – all the operations have finally been a success and he’s done the right thing by taking the precautionary measures of trying to make sure everything is alright before he comes back.
“I was a little surprised he got full the release from the doctors to do everything he wanted to once he was given that release.”
Woods, who has 14 Majors to his name, is four behind Jack Nicklaus’ record haul of 18.
