Suspected Palestinian attacker opens fire in town near Jerusalem, medics say at least 4 wounded
At least three people are in critical condition after a gunman opened fire at an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, 10km from Jerusalem, medics say. Local media report the assailant was a Palestinian and the three wounded succumbed to their injuries.
The incident took place near Har Adar, northwest of Jerusalem, Magen David Adom (MDA), the Israeli national emergency service, said on Twitter.
Paramedics say they were treating four patients, three of whom were in critical condition. The attacker was “neutralized” at the scene, MDA added.
