Real Madrid star ready to join one of three giants… but fee agreement proving key issue

Real Madrid’s playmaker appears ready to quit the Bernabeu due to his lack of regular game time under Zinedine Zidane.

However, Madrid president Florentino Perez does not want to offload the Colombia international on the cheap, having spent £63million on him in 2014.

A minimum of £51m is being demanded for Rodriguez, but the star’s agent Jorge Mendes has warned his club that’s too ambitious.

Meanwhile, Bayern and PSG also attract the creative midfielder, but the trio of giants will not meet Rodriguez’s valuation.

It is said Inter Milan could push through a stronger offer, although the Serie A side do not interest Rodriguez who will only leave Madrid for a team on their level.

Due to the stand-offs over a fee, the Madrid man’s future is not expected to be sorted until at least the summer.
