Police report reveals Brett Kavanaugh allegedly threw ice during bloody bar fight

  • Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trump nominee for the Supreme Court, allegedly threw ice on another person “for some unknown reason” at a bar during his junior year at Yale University, according to a New York Times report published Monday.
  • The man reportedly also had a glass thrown at him by Chris Dudley, a former Yale basketball player and a friend of Kavanaugh’s, the report said. The glass hit the man in the right ear, causing him to bleed.
  • One of Kavanaugh’s classmates claimed that following a UB40 concert, a group that included Kavanaugh went to a bar where they spotted a man who some in the group believed resembled a member of the band.

A 21-year-old Dom Cozzolino accused the college-aged Kavanaugh of throwing ice on him in the September 1985 incident, which was recorded in a police report that was obtained by The New York Times.
