Neymar caused controversy over the summer when he demanded a transfer away from Barcelona.
Paris Saint-Germain paid a staggering £200million up front for the player in a hostile transfer that triggered his release clause.
Neymar has settled well in Paris, scoring 11 goals already this season.
He has also been sent off once and picked up six yellow cards for club and country since his switch.
Real are said to have a lingering interest in Neymar, with their president Florentino Perez supposedly in contact with the Brazilian’s father via an intermediary, agent Wagner Ribeiro.
And Ramos has fanned the flames of transfer rumours by saying he’d like to see the 25-year-old at the Bernabeu.
“I like to have the best and it’s clear Neymar is one of them,” Ramos told Cadena Ser.
“Maybe it was easier for him to go to PSG, instead of directly to Real Madrid.
“They are personal decisions, you never know what can happen because football goes around a lot.
“I already have the door open for him if he wants to come. I also have a good relationship with him.”
PSG are unlikely to sell Neymar any time soon, with the mega-rich club under no pressure to raise cash.
Indeed, part of Neymar’s capture in the first place was supposedly to boost the image of PSG’s Qatari government owners, who are staging the World Cup in 2022.
