Meghan Markle: Why Prince Harry’s fiancee always travels with this key item

Meghan Markle, 36, is to marry into the Royal Family later this year when she ties the knot with her fiance, Prince Harry, 33.

As part of her role in the Royal Family, she has travelled to a number of destinations, something she is used to doing.

The ex-actress has visited a number of countries during her acting career as well as when she was a World Vision Global Ambassador.

She has previously revealed some of the items she always takes abroad to make the long haul journey easier.

Meghan explained some of the essentials on her now-closed lifestyle blog The Tig.

Despite shutting it down in April 2017, some of her best advice remains; one of which she reveals is a handy scarf.

She wrote: “I never travel without a scarf or thin cashmere blanket that feels like a hug.

“Throw it in your purse or backpack, and no matter how far you travel, you will always feel comforted both on and off the plane with something that feels and smells like home.”

The 36-year-old has been seen wearing a number of stylish scarves when stepping out with Prince Harry recently.

Some of the spots the pair have visited in the UK have included Brixton in London, Wales, Edinburgh, and Birmingham.

How much does Meghan’s wardrobe cost? Her recent outfits have come at a high price.

Meghan Markle has also revealed some of the healthy items to avoid falling sick when travelling.

One item is to use a common antibiotic cream to stop any illnesses from occurring on the dirty planes.

Called Neosporin, she admitted that it is something Leonardo DiCaprio swears by.

She wrote: “[H]e puts a little Neosporin on a cotton swab and coats the inside of his nostrils.

“Not only does it create a barrier for germs, it also lubricates the skin in the nose.”
