Marcus Rashford's debut goalscoring record: Man Utd star continues run with Basel strike

Rashford put the gloss on yesterday’s 3-0 win by stepping off the bench to add the final goal in a comfortable display, thereby extending his outrageous run of debut goals.

The Manchester United and England forward has scored on all but one of his competition debuts for club and country, adding a Champions League strike to his impressive collection.

The 19-year-old found the back of the net on his first-team debut in the Europa League, plus his Premier League, England senior team, England U21s, League Cup and now Champions League debut.

In fact, Rashford has only failed to score in one competition debut since bursting onto the scene in February 2016 – his FA Cup debut against West Ham – but even then he scored in the replay!
