LeEco fixes the worst thing about its phones by adding an app drawer

LeEco is rolling out the latest update to its Le Pro3 and Le S3 smartphones this week which finally adds an app drawer to the company’s Ecosystem User Interface skin of Android, after user feedback.

It’s a welcome addition to the phones that should help entice users to at least try out to LeEco’s default skin, which previously (and bafflingly) would place all installed apps on the home screen grid. The app drawer will take its rightful place at the center location on the dock, which had previously been taken up by a permanent shortcut for the LeEco Live app.

Along with the app drawer, the update will bring improvements to the camera, with the Le S3 getting better low-light performance, while the Le Pro3 gets improvements to HDR. The update should be rolling out to devices over the course of the next few days.
