MANCHESTER United have limped into the Europa League quarterfinals, overcoming Russian side Rostov 1-0 thanks to a Juan Mata second half goal.
Going into the game with a slight advantage, grabbing an away goal in the 1-1 draw in Russia, Manchester United copped injuries to Paul Pogba and Daley Blind in the second half before Mata netted from close range after 70 minutes.
It took just 90 seconds into the second half for Pogba to limp off with a hamstring injury while Blind suffered a head knock.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan also sent a scare through Red Devils’ fans, requiring treatment as the match wound down.
In the end, it was Mata’s goal – thanks to a sublime Zlatan Ibrahimovic flick – which was the difference.
