The 2018 Met Gala turned out the world’s biggest celebrities all wearing their Sunday best as they worked the theme of “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.”

“Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke is best known as Daenerys Targaryen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Mother of Dragons and Breaker of Chains. Her black embroidered Dolce and Gabbana gown she rocked on the Met Gala red carpet was right at home among the religious themes.
