That is according to Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam.
Hazard has been visibly frustrated in recent games as Conte played him as a lone front man despite having recognised strikers Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud available to select.
The Belgian attacker has a contract until 2020 with Chelsea and though the two parties have been in negotiations over a renewal, no agreement has been reached.
Real Madrid and Manchester City have been linked with a move for Hazard in the summer.
Conte’s future is also far from certain after a turbulent season which has seen him clash with Chelsea board.
And Adam believes Hazard is frustrated and may seek to leave.
Adam told BBC Radio Five Live: “I was surprised Barcelona never come for him when they went for Dembele.
“I think he’s that good. He can play for any other team in Europe.
“He’s strong, [got] power, pace, scores goals and his best position is off the left, that’s where he had his best season.
“You can sense he is getting frustrated at Chelsea.
“And maybe if the manager doesn’t go, I think Hazard might go in the summer.”
