Champions! Chelsea outcast hands Blues PL title

CHELSEA have won the 2016-17 Premier League title after substitute Michy Batshuayi’s late winner against West Brom.

After coming on in the 76th minute, the striker, who has been out of favour under Antonio Conte, gave the Blues a 1-0 lead in the 82nd minute.

It means Chelsea’s 10 point lead at the top of the ladder (with two matches to play) can’t be caught by second-placed Tottenham.
