Barcelona reluctantly sold Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.
But they will not wait around to sign a replacement as manager Ernesto Valverde targets three bigs deals before the transfer window closes.
Valverde has cash to burn following Neymar’s exit, which saw PSG transfer the full funds into Barca’s accounts.
And Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo claim the Nou Camp side are ready to spend big.
According to the report, Barcelona’s first objective is to sign Neymar’s replacement – and Coutinho is their top target.
That is contrary to reports in Italy that claim Juventus’ Paulo Dybala is on their radar.
Barca will bid £90m for Coutinho, with Liverpool having already rejected a £72m offer.
Mundo Deportivo claim that second bid should be too much for the Reds to refuse, even though they are desperate to keep the player.
Meanwhile, a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele is on the cards.
The Bundesliga side are adamant Dembele won’t be sold but, like in the case of Liverpool and Coutinho, Barca believe they have the funds to change the Dortmund board’s mind.
They will launch a £72m bid for Dembele with £9m in add-ons.
Their third target is Real Sociedad’s Inigo Martinez, who has a £28.9m release clause that Barca are ready to trigger.
Reports earlier this week claimed Barca were ready to meet that clause and Mundo Deportivo confirm that intention.
