Sebastian Vettel clinched victory in Bahrain last year, comfortably seeing off Hamilton, and is odds-on favourite to win again this time around.
The Mercedes driver will serve a five-pace grid penalty in tomorrow’s race meaning we’re bound to see an interesting battle for the podium spots.
The Australian Grand Prix saw both Vettel and Hamilton battle it out at the front of the grid but Red Bull have been impressive in free practice this week, suggesting Bahrain could be a much tighter contest.

3.50pm: 10 minutes to go until qualifying gets underway and something worth keeping an eye on is Vettel’s times as he complained of engine drivability issues during the final practice session.
The championship leader will know one slip could be costly with the top three teams all in with a chance of winning this weekend.
3.45pm: Judging from the three practice sessions in Bahrain I can’t call which way this will go.
Hamilton needs to at least qualify in the top three I feel to have any chance of clawing back that five-place grid penalty but Bahrain is a much easier track to overtake at than Australia.
Kimi Raikkonen and the Red Bulls will feel they have a good chance of clinching pole in Sakhir while Valtteri Bottas still has a point to prove at Mercedes.
3.30pm: It seems like an age ago since the first race of the season in Australia where Sebastian Vettel clinched victory ahead of Lewis Hamilton.
But this weekend in Bahrain is already set for a few surprises with Hamlton being handed a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change.
That will make qualifying very interesting as the defending champion will, at best, start fifth in tomorrow’s race.
Red Bull, Ferrari and Mercedes have been pretty evenly matched during the practice sessions with Kimi Raikkonen finishing fastest in practice three earlier today.
