Arsenal team news: Steve Bould reveals Alexandre Lacazette and Jack Wilshere injury update

Lacazette has been out since February after knee surgery but returned to training last week during the international break.

Assistant boss Steve Bould stepped in for Arsene Wenger, who had lost his voice.

And when asked if Lacazette had a chance of being involved against Stoke on Sunday, Bould said: “I don’t know. He’s trained, he trained yesterday but whether he will be involved at the weekend I’m unsure.”

Wilshere missed England’s friendlies against Netherlands and Italy with a knee problem.

But Bould believes the 26-year-old should be available for the weekend.

He said: “Jack trained yesterday, so he’s okay.

“Everybody else has come back and we’ll find out a bit more this morning.”
