A viral video has captured the moment a group of car thieves were thwarted in their attempts.
The video shows a man attempting to get into his car at the side of the path in broad daylight.
Suddenly, a car from behind him stops as four men exit, attacking him on the pavement before getting into the car.
As the man attempts to get the car back, the car thieves are hit by instant karma.
As they try and drive out of the spot, bystanders appear and start hitting the car, trying to get the thieves out.
Five other men start shaking the car to get them out as well.
The car thieves then speed into the back of a parked car as they try and escape.
A bystander grabs a long pole and beats the car, which finally gets the car thieves out who then jump back into their car.
The video ends with the car attempting to flee whilst the pedestrians continue to attack them.
