The woman was lying on her front, sunning her back and minding her own business when another beachgoer decided to get involved.
Engrossed in a book or magazine, the woman wasn’t paying attention to what was going on in her surroundings.
But a man in the distance, very aware of what was going on and who was around him, spotted her.
He decided to seize his chance when she was least expecting it to go up and speak to her.
Rather than just walking up to her to initiate conversation he decided to do something unique.
He gives the impression he is about to walk past her but just he gets level with her head he decides to do a backflip.
Landing perfectly on his side, facing the woman, she quickly turns her head to see what’s going on.
His chat with the girl then begins.
The video was uploaded to image sharing site Imgur and has had more than 101,000 views in seven hours.
Some Imgur users commenting on the clip were sceptical over whether the girl even saw the flip.
One posted: “She never notices the ‘flip’, so ya might as well have just fallen down in front of her.”

A man held out a long microphone for her to speak into, which was visible in the camera frame, and with the golden sand and waves crashing in the background, the young woman was ready to roll.
But the sun was beating down and it was apparent to some the woman needed cooling down.
Just as she was about to speak into the microphone, someone on her right hand side caught her attention.
