Melania Trump’s reaction to Donald Trump being questioned about “lying” by the press has been captured on video.
The couple were on their way to Joint Base Andrews on Friday.
Melania Trump showed off her figure in an all white ensemble.
They married duo walked across the South Lawn to Marine One.
In the video members of the press can be heard shouting questions at the US leader.
One voice shouts: “Mr President, is Michael Comey lying?”
They then press: “Sir, is your son lying?
“Mr President, will you speak with us about your former lawyer?”
The First Lady seems confused as she reacts to the questions by the press.
She initially smiles, but then appears to put her head down with a more solemn expression.
She then looks up and smiles again, before looking away and keeping her gaze down.
Donald does not smile, but he raises a waving hand at the gathered press.
He appears to murmur to Melania at the end of the video.
The couple travelled to Joint Base Andrews, in Maryland.
Meania Trump wore a white outfit and carried a £2,356.39 Burberry bag.
Melania Trump has recently been involved in a row over whether Donald ‘raged’ at her over watching CNN.
The New York reported that Melania caused “bit of a stir”, with Donald Trump “raging at his staff” for “violating a rule that the White House Entourage should begin each trip tuned into Fox.”
However, Melania’s press secretary poo-pooed these claims.
Stephanie Grisham said at an event yesterday after being asked about the reports: “Did you know that every 15 minutes a baby is born with NAS?
“Maybe you’d like to talk about the 160,000 kids who skip school every day for fear of being bullied, or that 280,000 students are physically attacked in schools every month.”
