Holly was forced to get on a vibrating platform in her skimpy costume, much to the amusement of co-stars Fearne Cotton and Gino D’Acampo, as well as guests Frankie Bridge, her husband Wayne, Joey Essex and Rylan Clark-Neal.
With her blonde tresses hidden under a dark wig, the mother-of-three looked incredible in the strapless, metallic bustier and skirt.
“If you undo my bra, I’ll kill you,” Holly informed host Keith Lemon before he turned on the machine.
However, she couldn’t help but scream out in shock after the challenge kicked in, based around Jonathan Ross and his famous Halloween party.
Holly was tasked with describing words including “fog” and “ouija board”, and thankfully her team were able to get them right.
The instalment featured some impressive costumes with Keith, 44, real name Leigh Francis, dressed as Pennywise from movie, It.
The Saturdays’ Frankie, 28, opted to go as a sexy cat, Ferne, 36, as Cruella de Vil and chef Gino, 41, was Chucky.
