WATCH: Cars swept up in wild tornado in terrifying video filmed by a dash cam

Watch the terrifying footage of cars and people getting swept in a tornado’s extreme winds, which show the danger of driving in bad weather.

The video, taken by a car’s dash cam, shows a car travelling down a road with trees either side of it.

At first, the car can be seen battling rain, which is evident from the raindrops on the windscreen.

However, as the car progresses in its journey, it is clear there is a much greater threat.

In the distance, large pieces of debris can be seen flying through the grey, cloudy sky overhead.

The debris starts flying towards the window as the car battles on through the storm.

A tornado is seen approaching from the horizon, as a white car pulls in front of the vehicle with the dash cam.

Suddenly, the video turns into a horrific scene, as if something out of a disaster film.

The white car is swept up in the tornado, spiralling away out of control into the distance.

Trees can be seen bent in half, while a huge number of random objects start flying towards the wind screen.

At this point the view from the dash cam is completely obscured, as a huge grey cloud descends over the vision.

As the cloud clears, we see a pedestrian emerge who is sitting on the ground, who appears to have been flung bodily by the tornado.

A man rushes in to check the wellbeing of the pedestrian, while the white car is visible in the near distance having come to a stop near a tree.

Recently, another viral video showed the outcome after a man smashes a car in extreme road rage, angering the driver.

The culprit then tries to escape, but the driver has other ideas and clearly wants revenge.

He grabs a bongo drum from his boot and knocks out the culprit, who is trying to escape on his bike.
