Volkswagen plans to kick off its much ballyhooed electrification strategy in the United States with the I.D. Crozz, the brand’s first dedicated EV. Speaking at the Chicago auto show, VW’s head of design, Klaus Bischoff, indicated that the I.D. Crozz will first come to market in 2020 as a traditional SUV, followed later by a fastback similar to the concept car.
