UPS said at its investor day last week that it’s looking for ways to increase profit margins, according to The Wall Street Journal. The logistics giant has recently faced criticism from investors and analysts around its margins. Critics attribute the profit margin woes to the company’s strained efforts to deliver millions of parcels for high-volume customers like Amazon and Walmart.
