Tom Hiddleston Betrayal theatre dates: When are tickets on sale? Plus ADVANCE booking info

Next Spring will be a bumper few months for Hiddlestoners. The actor will be returning as Loki in Avengers 4, even though he was killed off in Infinity War. He has already filmed scenes but nobody knows if they are flashbacks or the popular anti-hero will be brought back to life. Fans, though, will able to see the actor very much alive and in the flesh for three months only, in a limited run of the iconic Harold Pinter play Betrayal. The news broke today, as well as information on how and when to buy tickets.

When the announcement was made, Hiddleston said: “Betrayal is a masterpiece. Jamie Lloyd’s Pinter at the Pinter season is terrific and I am so pleased that he’s asked me to be part of it.”

The Avengers star will take the main role of Robert in the 1978 play and started a fan frenzy when he posted a cryptic video earlier which showed him in fine dramatic form walking down a dark tunnel looking upset and emotional. At the time, nothing more was revealed apart from the word “Betrayal” across the screen.

Now fans know it was teasing his new play, there will doubtless be a scramble for tickets when they are released.

The play tells the passionate and heart-breaking story of a relationship in reverse order.
