The mother-of-three pretended to faint when her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield introduced Peter Andre, 44, who has relaunched himself as the new Derek Acorah, 67, of daytime television.
Visibly uncomfortable, Holly Willoughby squirmed behind her hands and threatened to walk off the ITV studio because she was “slightly anxious”.
“You are was so scared, because the moment that come on she’s out,” Phillip, 54, teased.
Holly cried: “The moment this hits, I’m out! I’m going take the opportunity to go to the loo because I’m slightly anxious.”
However, after Peter’s creepy video ended, Holly was faced with a new terror – Phillip.
Enlightening viewers on the chaos that ensued behind-the-scenes during the clip, Holly recalled an awkward encounter on the toilet.
“All of a sudden there was this ‘Raaaaaa’ on the door while I was on the loo and it was him,” she giggled.
