The Voice UK: Jennifer Hudson leaves fellow judges in AWE as she breaks out into song

As the battle round begins, it seems the audience wanted to be entertainment by the judges whilst they waited patiently for the next contestants.]

In a teaser clip released by ITV, the former American Idol contestant gets edged on by the audience to sing a song.

Giving in, she is seen asking them what they want to hear with an immediate response being her 2008 hit Spotlight.

Sitting in her red spinning char, Jennifer, 35, begins to belt out her top 20 UK song to the delight of the crowd.

The Dreamgirls star then whips out her phone to record everyone else joining in with the spontaneous sing-song.

Showing off her incredible vocals, the band begin playing leading to Jennifer telling them to “Take me to the bridge”.

She then stands up getting into the groove even more as her fellow judges Tom Jones, will.i.am and Gavin Rossdale look on in amazement.

After receiving a standing ovation for her perfect performance, she asks the band: “Was that even close to the right key?”

They nod and Jennifer shouts out: “I was in the right key? Yes!”
