The US has nearly 56,000 structurally deficient bridges — here are the states with the most

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association released their 2017 Bridge Report which outline the 55,710 bridges in the US classified as “structurally deficient.” The bridges are not all considered unsafe, but in need of attention.
