Strictly’s Shirley Ballas hits back after Craig Revel Horwood row: ‘Don’t need critiquing’

The soap star’s chances of winning currently stand at 2/1, with The Wanted singer Max George, 32, her hottest competition at 5/1.

“We think that Maisie is the one to beat on the dance floor this year and price her up as the hot favourite to win Strictly 2020,” Coral spokesperson Harry Aitkenhead said.

On the other end of the spectrum, comedian Bill Bailey, 55, and former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, 57, are at 50/1 to win.

“We think that Bill and Jacqui are going to be battling it out to avoid being the first celebrity of the series to be eliminated, and their odds of winning are very long indeed,” Aitkenhead added.

Strictly Come Dancing returns this month on BBC One.
