Strictly Come Dancing winner Joe McFadden to return in VERY exciting new role?

Last weekend saw the actor battle it out against Debbie McGee, Alexandra Burke, and Gemma Atkinson to be crowned winner of the dance competition.

Joe, 42, danced his way to victory with professional dance partner, Katya Jones.

His triumph may have come as a surprise as the Scotsman was never the odds-on favourite to win the BBC contest.

However, bookmaker Paddy Power is offering odds of 33/1 that Joe will appear next year as a professional dancer.

Not only that, they also have him at 40/1 to come back as a judge.

A spokesman for Paddy Power said: “Everyone thought it would be close but no cigar for Joe McFadden this year but fair play to him, he’s gone and won it all.”

“I reckon it’s a bit of a joe-brainer that we’ll be seeing him on our screens again before too long,” he continued.

Joe’s Holby City character was killed off in explosive scenes aired a few weeks ago.

Now the actor has left the hospital drama, other career opportunities could be presenting themselves very soon.

Fans who think Joe is more likely to return to acting can also get odds of 10/1 for him to appear in either Coronation Street or EastEnders next year.

He is also 6/4 to try his luck in a West End musical, and is 100/1 to win an Oscar.
