Strictly Come Dancing 2017: Katya using STRAP to 'whip' Joe McFadden into shape for final

The 42-year-old is currently the favourite to win the BBC talent show, and it appears that his professional partner has been particularly strict with her training methods.

Speaking to Chris Evans yesterday on the Radio 2 breakfast show, Katya confessed: “We never have a rest.

“We’re always on standby,” the 28-year-old confessed.

Joe could be heard interjecting: “There’s a strap!”

Chris, 51, seemed shocked by the saucy revelation and played a barrage of whipping noises.

Katya laughed off the suggestion, and continued to tease their upcoming routines.

“The show dance – I’m not going to tell you too much… I hope it’s going to be really magical,” she hinted.

Also on the show, Joe confessed that the Strictly Come Dancing final will provide one huge shock for fans.

The former Holby city star revealed: “Somebody leaves [on Saturday] and doesn’t get to do all of their dances, which is going to be disappointed.”

However, Katya quickly corrected her celebrity partner, telling listeners: I think they’re just finding out the winner straight away.

“We get to do all of the dances. We’re doing all of the dances,” she insisted.

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday on BBC One at 6.30pm.
