Star Wars 8 The Last Jedi SHOCK: Tom Hardy’s stormtrooper identity REVEALED?

Back in 2015 Daniel Craig surprised fans by cameoing as a stormtrooper in The Force Awakens.

Now the favourite to replace him as James Bond is due to feature in the follow up, The Last Jedi.

Last year who recognises John Boyega’s Finn, slapping him on the behind, unaware that the hero is undercover.

It now turns out that Star Wars fans have spotted what may be Hardy’s character’s name, which appeared briefly on IMDB.

Highlighted by Mike Zeroh in his latest YouTube video, the Star Wars theorist said:“On IMDB, at first, he was named Vilmer – a rumoured character in Star Wars The Last Jedi that changed over to a ‘Stormtrooper’ [in the listing].

“Now this to me sounds like the stormtrooper who will be on board Supreme Leader Snoke’s Mega Star Destroyer which Finn is supposedly going to go on board undercover.

“He bumps into a stormtooper that once knew him – this could be Tom Hardy’s role.

“And could this stormtrooper’s name be Vilmer?”

Then in February The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson shared a set photo of stormtroopers, with actor’s face showing.

Star Wars: Episode VIII will be released in UK cinemas on December 14, 2017.
