The pair could be seen talking in the bedroom when the Ex On The Beach decided to probe the singer on her relationship with the Girls Aloud members.
Sarah noted that she looked like “a giant” next to Cheryl when she would perform in heels as she compared the new mum to Polly Pocket.
But Jemma quickly moved the conversation onto their relationship, asking: “Do you still speak to her?”
“I haven’t spoken to her in a while,” the 35-year-old replied. “I last spoke to her when we were working on the Xtra Factor.”
Jemma, 28, probed: “Did you fall out?”
“Everyone is asking that, it’s just that we’re so busy with our own stuff,” Sarah responded.
“It’s not for me to say. I don’t like bringing up or talking about the other girls if it’s like a personal thing.
“We were like sisters so it was never going to be plain sailing the whole time. Being around girls the whole time is difficult sometimes.”
She continued: “Nothing is forever, we went through a lot together but nothing lasts forever.
“We went through so much, you know, even if we had fallen out, I’m sure it wouldn’t be a major deal in the future.”
