Pointless takes strange turn as Alexander Armstrong shocks guest 'You pinched my bottom'

Louise Wener appeared alongside Kate Humble for their turn on the celebrity edition of Pointless, and Alexander couldn’t help but deliver an exciting encounter with the Sleeper star.

The 47-year-old welcomed Louise, before admitting: “I was a huge Sleeper fan.

“The highlight for me in the nineties, well in 1996 in fact, was that time you pinched my bottom on TFI Friday.

“I was standing at the bar and you walked past and ‘Ouch!’, but I saw it was you and that was fine.

“What a great time that was,” Alexander gushed.

Louise was shocked by the revelation, having clearly forgotten that she had done such a thing to the Pointless star.

Meanwhile, Pointless fans were happy to see Louise back on screens, with many amazed at how good the former SHOW presenter looked.

One fan tweeted: “No way is @RealLouiseWener 50? She still looks great. #Pointless.”

Another agreed, saying: “Lummy-larks #LouiseWener on #Pointless She’s 51 in a few days #LookingGood.”

A third added: “#LouiseWener on #Pointless looks amazing.”

Pointless airs weekdays on BBC One at 5.15pm.
