Philippines’ President Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday slammed the International Criminal Court (ICC), who are leading an investigation into his bloody war on drugs, as it is part of the “white idiots in the EU.”
Speaking at the Philippine Military Academy, Duterte said that the Rome Statute, which established the ICC, was “bull,” and contributed to his decision to formally withdraw from the organization last week, though the withdrawal will only take effect one year after the request.See the rest of the story at Business Insider
