Outlander season 5: Claire and Jamie Fraser’s death sealed in opening credit clue?

The release of the new opening credits come after actor Sam teased the new series on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

“It’s a great show, and I think this season is probably stronger than last season,” he explained.

“My character – he’s been pitted against his godfather [Murtagh, played by Duncan Lacroix].

“He’s now on the side of the redcoats – the British. We’re in America, of course, and the war is coming.”

Will Jamie hand Murtagh over to the redcoats or betray the British?

Outlander season 5 airs Sunday, February 16 on Starz and Monday, February 17 on Amazon Prime Video.
