Here’s a crazy Orphan Black thought: What if Krystal is the one who cracks this whole clone conspiracy wide open?
In a new trailer for the series’ fifth and final season, the so-called ditzy sestra declares, “I’m getting into a dress, and then I am going to get down to the truth.” (Considering how close she got to it last season, I wouldn’t be surprised if Krystal is the one holding all the answers at the show’s end.)
Elsewhere in the preview: Helena worries about her babies, Sarah plans a mission to kidnap her own daughter, a host of new enemies make their debut (and kidnap Alison, no!), and the man behind the curtain puts Rachel in charge — as if she needed more power.
Per a release from BBC America, “the walls close in on Sarah when nearly all her sestras and their allies are brought to heel by Rachel. Even more harrowing is that her daughter Kira has joined them. With the threat of Neolution having carte blanche access to clone biology, Sarah is desperate to gain control, but realizes she must change tactics to pursue a long game.”

“Protecting both her families, and the host of clones she’s yet to meet, Sarah and those still fighting the fight will uncover the missing pieces of the insidious conspiracy — and finally learn the story behind their origin,” the release continues. “Despite the great risk, the fight of her life will either set her and her sestras free, or see them meet their end.”
Orphan Black‘s swan song premieres Saturday, June 10 at 10/9c on BBC America.
