Neighbours spoiler: Heartache for Terese Willis as she reveals cancer diagnosis

Speaking to Paul Robinson (played by Stefan Dennis), Terese (Rebekah Elmalogue) struggled to fight back the tears whilst trying to shun the shrewd businessman and his advances.

Suspecting that his love interest had some lucrative business deal he could get involved in, Paul didn’t believe Terese when she said she had a meeting all morning.

Although she tried her best to lie, the poor mother could go no further, and broke down in tears in front of her ex.

After learning that she would be put forward for chemotherapy, the news was too much for Terese who needed someone to open up to.

Will Paul turn out to be the shoulder she needs to cry on, or will he use his secret knowledge as a one-up over her fiancé Gary Canning (Damien Richardson)?

Elsewhere in Erinsborough, Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey) has found herself in the middle of a stalker storyline.

The former mayor was confused when someone had cleaned her bins after they were struck by a storm overnight.

Although the stalker hasn’t been revealed yet, Eve teased that the person responsible brings along a tragic storyline of their own.

Neighbours airs weekdays on Channel 5 at 1.45pm and is repeated at 5.30pm.
