Neighbours spoiler: Elly Conway to MURDER Finn Kelly in shock twist?

After living life as a ticking time bomb for the past few weeks, Finn (played by Rob Mills) finally succumbed to his brain aneurism after a tense conversation with his confident Xanthe Canning (Lilly van Der Meer).

Revealing she knows that Finn poisoned Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) in order to take over Erinsborough High School was just too much for the evil teacher, who was seen last week being rushed to hospital.

Although told by policeman Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor) that Finn would be fine, a trailer for tomorrow’s instalment of the Australian soap shows that there is more danger lurking around the corner for the scheming newbie.

As poor Xanthe is left heartbroken after learning the man she was falling in love with is evil and has been using her, Ramsay Street residents appear to be coming together to support the school girl.

One especially out for revenge is Elly (Jodi Anasta) after Finn got her sacked when she turned him down, choosing the moral high ground instead of his love.

Sporting a vengeful look, the teacher is seen in the hospital around Finn looking committed to performing something equally as scheming as her counterpart.

Will Elly interfere with Finn’s recovery and actually kill him in the process?

Elsewhere in Erinsborough, Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) received the good news that she is cancer-free.

However, having just discovered a history of breast cancer in the family, is she completely out of the woods?

Neighbours airs weekdays on Channel 5 at 1.45pm & 5.30pm.
