The recently opened Dickie’s Bar at Corrigan’s Mayfair restaurant is the place to head for this summer, with seasonal ingredients from chef Richard Corrigan’s country garden in Ireland and a drinks list that reads like a storybook.
Each cocktail has a tale behind it and among the offerings are Convent School Chorus Girl, with vodka, celery, apple and lemon, and Champion Of The Fairy Ring, which has tequila, Aperol and a spicy kick of Scotch Bonnet. The menu has been designed in tandem with experts from New York’s Dead Rabbit, which won last year’s World’s Best Bar title.
