Melania Trump flaunts legs in black alongside Donald Trump to make opioid speech

Melania Trump, 47, stood alongside husband Donald Trump, 71, today to make a speech on the drugs crisis in the US this evening.

The First Lady looked official in an all black ensemble to address the serious issue in front of an audience at the White House.

The black dress with a high collar and voluminous sleeves appeared to be by a favourite of the First Lady Roksanda.

A similar dress from the same range costs in the region £890.

Melania exhibited her long tanned legs, and her feet were tucked into black, pointed toe stilettos.

Her hair was tonged into tendrils, while her eyes were dark and smokey.

Melania stepped up to the podium to to declare the opioid crisis a “nationwide public health emergency.”

Opiod addition is an epidemic that kills more than 100 Americans every day.

At the event Donald Trump said: “As Americans we cannot allow this to continue.”

Melania was recently praised for her thrifty White House spending, when compared to Michelle Obama.

The Slovenian-born First Lady, who is now a US citizen, cut the spending put in place by former First Lady and wife of Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, 53, by a third.

Melania Trump employs four members of staff at the White House, who have a combined salary of £368,723 – while Michelle Obama spent up to £939,424 per year on staff.

The First Lady stunned recently in another dress, in ivory brocade.

Melania participated in a 100-year-old tradition on Friday by donation her inaugural ball gown to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.

She once said that when she became First Lady she would like to be “like Betty Ford or Jackie Kennedy”.

Since Melania stepped out for Donald’s inauguration in a Ralph Lauren powder blue dress with matching gloves, Jackie comparisons have been rife.
