The 78-year-old, better known by her nickname the Green Goddess, was on the breakfast show to talk about staying healthy in later life.
Diana’s fresh-faced look and impressive physique led people to flock to social media as they complimented the exercise guru.

While speaking to stand-in Lorraine host, Diana explained: “People get to retirement age and they think, ‘now I get to sit back and relax’. It’s the worst thing possible, got to keep moving.”
She went on to say: “The thing is longevity is greater than ever it was and therefore the years that we have in front of us after retirement could be another third of our lives if we’re reasonably fit, mentally able as well as are physically able, we’re going to enjoy those years.
“They’re not retirement like it used to be all those years ago.”
