Lachs mit Kartoffel-Parmesan-Kruste – Habe ich da Parmesan gehört?

ZUTATEN

2 Lachsfilets

500g Kartoffeln, festkochend

100g Parmesan

50g Mehl

100g Senf

Pfeffer

Salz

ZUBEREITUNG

1. Die Kartoffeln schälen und fein reiben. Parmesan und Pfeffer unterheben.

2. Den Lachs in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.

3. Die Lachsstücke nacheinander in Mehl und Senf wälzen und mit der Kartoffel-Parmesan-Mischung umhüllen.

4. In einer Pfanne von allen Seiten braten, bis die Happen goldbraun sind.

5. Mit gehackter Petersilie garnieren und genießen.
