Justice League horror: Does Steppenwolf KILL this character? New video proof

Fans still don’t even know if Superman is coming back and another character has already been klled in one of the new promo trailers?

Every week Marvel is releasing videos focussing on each of the Justice League members.

This week it is Wonder Woman and Cyborg – and the metal man’s video may have revealed more than it was supposed to.

Eagle-eyed fans believe they have spotted the moment Steppenwolf kills this character…

WARNING: POTENTIAL SPOILERS

Movie site ScreenRant has rewatched the new Cyborg promo and spotted a potential major spoiler.

In among all the explosive action is a huge moment when Cyborg, or the boy formerly known as Victor Stone, faces Steppenwolf.

Since none of the other Justice League members are there, it looks like an early scene which might explan why the young hero agrees to joing the superhero team. Screen Rant believes it is a heartbreaking loss which will provoke his decision.

At around the one minue mark in the video, it appears that Steppenwolf is holding up a figure in a brown lab coat. This can only be Cyborg’s father, Silas Stone.

The theory is that if you slow the video right down, Stone senior is actually being held by Steppenwolf’s blade thrust through his chest as Cyborg prepares to fire on him from above.

Silas Stone is a populat character in the comicbooks, but his continued presence woudl only further clog up an overcrowded movie. His death, on the other hand, would be the perfect push for his devastated and furious son to join the fight against Steppenwolf and his evil master, Darkseid.

The clip looks terrifying but it is hard to see if Steppenwolf is holding Silas by the neck or has impaled him. The clip shows Cyborg open fire, which he would be unlikle to do if there was a chance of still saving his dad.

Either way, it would surely be very unlikely that Victor and his father would walk away unscathed from a conforntation with the alien being and his parademons.

They might be lightening up the DCEU but surely not by that much?
