Janet Street-Porter gets MARRIED live on Loose Women…and you'll NEVER guess who to

After four failed marriages, it seems like Janet could have finally found the one, as she walked down the aisle live on television, with Coleen Nolan walking behind her in a bridesmaid dress.

Janet failed to raise a smile as she emerged from behind the audience wearing a veil and holding a bouquet of flowers, while Coleen donned a plunging pink gown over her clothes.

Christine’s other half Frank was on hand to officiate the ceremony after getting ordained earlier on in the day, with him asking Janet: “Do you Janet, take you Janet to be your lawfully wedded Janet?” while Janet declared: “Why the hell not?”

The ceremony came after the panel – which today also had Nadia Sawalha on it – had said that “finding Mr. Right was getting harder” so she could understand why women would decide to marry themselves.

Things later got rather steamy on the show, as Frank and Coleen – still with her bridesmaid dress on – took their seats before discussing what the footballer would do now that he’s announced his retirement.

She promptly turned her back to back to him, asking: “I can’t take this off can you undo it for me please?”

Today’s Loose Women also saw Christine come clean about an argument that she and Frank had the night before their wedding; which took place on December 20, 2015.

Talking about her fiery temper, Christine recalled the moment there almost wasn’t a ceremony, when Frank and her family decided to mess up their table arrangements after they’d had a few drinks.

Christine fumed: “We had the table plans down on one of those sticky boards and Frank and my family thought it was really funny to change all the names around.”

She added jokingly: “There was nearly a divorce before our wedding!”

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
